The paint and body are in good condition but does exhibit oxidation for a 10-year-old coach in the Florida sun. But, with a wax job it could look close to new. The rear bumper has a little bit of rust. This is the only rust on the RV and in no way affects the rv. The decals are cracking. It Has ice cold ducted AC. Furnace works great. Generator starts right up & runs great. The awning is NEW condition & was installed Jan 2008.
This RV has the most under body storage that I have ever seen on a class C RV! Plenty of room to take anything you need. The rear has full pass thru storage as does the front and a total of 5 more storage bays.
The cockpit has power windows & locks, ice cold dash AC, cruise & tilt wheel. Carpet was steam cleaned. This RV sits on a van chassis and is extremely easy to drive. It has a powerful Ford Triton V-10 with an automatic transmission with Overdrive. It drives like a dream. This RV had NO PROBLEMS climbing the hills. We took it for a trip a few months ago to Pennsylvania and this coach had NO PROBLEMS with acceleration and climbing the mountains, with plenty of power to spare! RV has 35,250 miles on it. We have taken very good care of this coach, as did the previous original owners. It starts and drives perfectly and the engine is quiet.
Over the cockpit is a full size spacious sleeping bunk with privacy curtain. The Dinette with under bench storage converts to a bed. Opposite is couch with a pull down cup holder and arm rest that converts to a bed. Above couch & dinette is plenty of storage cabinets, connections for your TV and shelf for your DVD player. Kitchen has plenty of counter space & a double sink. The kitchen has a microwave, three-burner cook top stove & oven & refrigerator/ freezer. The monitoring systems for tanks, water heater, pump & Generator are on stove hood. The flooring is vinyl. The refrigerator and freezer run off electric or propane. Towards the rear is the bathroom with privacy door. Opposite is large shower with glass door & skylight. The rear of the coach has a walk around queen bed & 2 closets. Mini blinds are on all windows.

The negatives are few and I want to make sure they are stated. for a 10 year old coach, you might find some nicks or scuffs. The exterior where seams meet can use a cleaning because they are dark from mildew & road dirt.
