Mileage: 88,800 . . . First used as a Hollywood “home base” for an Irvine, CA Mom with a child actress, then sold in 2004 to my parents who used it four times a year. They are done camping. My husband and I used it for a trip to Yosemite in July so we know it works great. January 2009 we had it checked out by a motor home specialists to be sure everything is in good shape and we had it detailed inside and out. We are backpackers, so it’s not our kind of camping. It has always been a non-smoking and no pets unit. It has everything the big ones have except the price. Roadtrek has designed a great motor home in a van that can park anywhere. No accidents except the other guy backing into the side door for a 12inch long dent. Motor Home Equipment- It has furnace and air conditioner, 2-way ceiling fan with thermostat, toilet with storage tank, water tank and pump, water heater, shower inside, galley with microwave, 2 burner stove, oven, vent with fan, sink, refrigerator (runs on electric, gas, or battery), cabinets & drawers, TV/VCR/cable, 2 removable tables, full-sized boxed patio awning, rear tire hard cover carrier, running board storage with exterior shower, fully contained generator run 387 hours, 110/12 converter/charger and external electrical source connection, auxiliary battery and isolator, LP tank, LP gas leak detector, carbon monoxide leak detector, smoke detector, fire extinguisher. Inside monitor gauges for the tanks and inside start for generator.

Up front- It has cruse control, AM/FM/Tape/CD, airbags, lit vanity mirrors on both visors, air conditioner, electric windows, power locks, alarm system. There is more, I just cannot think of it all. Gas and break peddles have extensions that allow shorter folks to drive comfortably. They are easily removed.

Interior- It is in great condition, blue with oak cabinets; storage everywhere with custom boxes to carry personal items to and from your home and a closet for hanging clothes. By swiveling both captains' front seats, the cab becomes a living area for 4 to dine if you want to keep the double bed made in back or the bed becomes a table for 4 in the back. In a matter of seconds using the bi-fold privacy doors a spacious temporary enclosed bathroom with a stand-up shower or change room in the lowered floor aisle can be created. A hygienic sink liner allows personal clean up in the galley sink; saving valuable space yet leaving the galley sink clean for food preparation. The dining area in the back easily seats 4 and converts to a bed for two. The four chairs up front convert to two beds. Curtains and carpet by the factory.

Exterior- There are a few dings in the paint where rocks flipped up on the freeways and a dent where the other guy backed into the side door. It has not been in an accident other than that. Mostly white with some blue. The tires have lots of tread. It looks like a sleek van.

Comes with- The Roadtrek and Dodge Owner’s Manual and booklets for the appliances and accessories, even the Roadtrek VHS tape is included.

Location- Southern California, 20 minutes from Disneyland, City of Santa Ana
